Full-time opening for an Occupational Therapist to join a charter school organization in Chicago, IL for school year 2024-25.

*School starts July 29th, 2024 and ends June 13, 2025.
*You’ll have the variety of traveling to a few campuses during the week to interface and treat kids in middle and high school
*Campuses are near Steelworker’s Park and Wrightwood neighborhood
*Previous experience working in schools is highly preferred; fieldwork counts!
*ESY will also be available
*Full time position, hours are 8a-4p
*Caseload is mostly high incidence with kids needing sensory therapy and kids on the spectrum primarily
*You’ll work alongside other related service professionals and weekly professional development meetings with other OTs

As an occupational therapist you’ll focus on activities of daily living, assistive tech, executive functioning, fine motor skills, visual motor skills, and sensory processing. Between the two schools team days are on Thursdays and Fridays. You’ll work three days at one campus, 2 at the other.

Qualifications: You will need to hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy and a current state license (or be eligible for same).
