A wonderful opportunity exists for Board Certified Behavior Analysts in the Lawrenceville, GA area with an established organization. We’re looking for exceptional clinicians with a clinical background in Applied Behavior Analysis to provide BCBA supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians. One of the things that sets this client apart from other ABA programs is that they have 20 years of experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum and they are anticipating opening up 2 more centers in Decatur or Atlanta by March. They also own an accredited therapeutic school and have an ABA program. The Board Certified Behavior Analysts will work with 6 other strong BCBA’s.

* The Board Certified Behavior Analysts will have a lot of leeway and will supervise 10 – 12 RBT’s
* This is a team based clinic with OT’s, SLP’s, and PTs
* Currently, there are 6 strong BCBA’s and- the clinic is open from 9:00- -6:00
* This is a salaried position with benefits.
* The Board Certified Behavior Analysts will bill for RBT’s – approximately 250 hours per week
* The ABA director is hands-on
* New graduates will be considered – training provided with growth potential in the company
Qualifications: You will need to hold Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst and a current state license (or be eligible for same).
* Experience with Autism specific ABA/PBS program development and training
