We are seeking a School RN to work for a K-5 Elementary for the SY2021-22!

*  The school nurse (RN) will work at one school.   K-5 Elementary 
*  Hours would be 8-4 pm, Monday  –  Friday 
*  Start is immediate through the end of this school year (approximately June 17th) with the possibility to continue next School Year 2022-23!
*  Recommend and provide screening and follow up for deficits in vision, hearing, and growth and development, and other physical deficits
*  Provide health information and counseling for students, parents, and staff members 

Qualifications: Valid Illinois state RN License, Illinois State Driver’s license, and State/FBI background clearance required. Current First Aid/CPR certification.
