Our preschooler asked to learn more about honeybees. Studying a topic that most children are afraid of is a great way to build confidence. This would be great as a spring or summer theme for preschool.    When I saw this honeycomb silicone pot holder I had an idea for a fine motor invitation to go along with our unit. This Pop-It toy would work as an alternative. If you don’t want to purchase any supplies, you can use a plastic egg carton to catch the liquid.
