I recently read an interesting article published in the Sensory Focus Magazine. The article discussed how sensory enrichment therapy decreased autistic behaviors in children with Autism. After six months of receiving sensory enrichment therapy, the children in the study demonstrated in improvement by 42% as compared to the control group (who received traditional treatment) that only improved by 7%.
