We are looking for an energetic SLPA excited to work in pediatrics. We are an established outpatient rehabilitation facility located north of Houston near Spring, TX. Our ideal candidate has a positive outlook, enjoys being part of a team and is prides themselves on learning and adapting in their role.
*Training available
* You'll work with feeding and myofunctional disorders, structural and sensory-motor based speech disorders, developmental speech/language disorders and social-pragmatic disorders
* You'll also have the opportunity to work on interventions for breastfeeding infants.
* Additionally, you'll see/treat artic, language, oral apraxia, infant feeding, utilize AAC, ASD, TOTs, Down's Syndrome and fluency
Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Requirements:
*Full time, Part-time positions available (part time requires after school hours 2-3 days per week)
*Meet the educational requirements through a Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) accredited program
*Must meet requirements for in speech-language pathology (SLPA) granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
*Bilingual a plus

Qualifications: You will need to have an appropriate Bachelor's Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders, or Speech-Language Pathology; and a current state license (or be eligible for same)
