Here's a different spin on a school-based opening! Our client is looking to hire an occupational therapist to work full time in a few schools. They employ therapists and work with local districts to meet their staffing needs. You benefit by having extra support and mentorship in and out of school, you still have summers off, and you earn a year round pay package. Benefits are also included!

*The position in located in DeKalb County with districts in the Sycamore area.
*This team is about 25 strong and made up of OT/COTA, PT/PTA so lots of options for camaraderie
*In this scenario, therapy is your primary responsibility. Helping with bus, lunch and recess is not necessary
*This position is for next school year and beyond, should start around the week of August 11th
*Caseload is in line with school-based needs, mostly elementary, but some options for middle or high school and/or preK; you'll have the option to voice your preferences

You will need to hold a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy and a current state license (or be eligible for same).
