• Hours are full-time, working 8:30-3:30 pm M-F with a 30-minute duty-free lunch. (6.5 hours daily and 32.5 hours weekly)
• Facilitation of communication within all educational environments
• Participation in team meetings, and collaboration with the education team
• This position is an opportunity to support a student who is visually impaired and deaf, and accesses sign language through a limited visual field.  Tactile sign language is not required.  An ideal candidate is someone flexible, adaptable, and willing to collaborate with a creative and dynamic team of special education and general education staff.

Qualifications: Must hold the ISBE Educational Interpreter approval.
