Slime is a great occupational therapy tool! Lots of people are anti slime but I think they’re missing out on a crucial therapy tool. You can use it for fine motor work, increasing hand strength as well as web space development. All three of those things are crucial to handwriting and other life skills like feeding. Your child will struggle with many things if any of these three things are weak.
Bonus points that slime is super fun and easy to make. Making up several batches would also be an amazing time to work on the master/apprentice relationship with your child. Might as well get the maximum amount of therapy out of one activity!
